We operate the website for Brit80s Club. We are a registered online retail business operating in Indonesia, specializing in premium subcultural and heritage menswear.
3. Our Contract With You
3.1 Acceptance of Order: Our acceptance of your order takes place when we send you a WhatsApp or email confirmation that the products have been dispatched, at which point a contract comes into existence. 3.2 Out of Stock: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock discrepancies, we will inform you immediately and process a full refund to your original payment method (e.g., Bank Transfer or E-Wallet).
4. Our Products
4.1 Accuracy: We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your phone or computer monitor's display will accurately reflect the true color of the garments. 4.2 Sizing: European and British heritage brands often have specific sizing blocks. Please rely on the provided Size Guide or consult our Admin before purchasing.
5. Delivery
5.1 Responsibility: The product becomes your responsibility from the time the courier delivers it to the address you provided. 5.2 Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen logistical events (e.g., extreme weather, public holidays). However, our team will assist you in following up with the courier should a delay occur.
6. Price And Payment
6.1 Currency: All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 6.2 Payment Processing: Orders will only be processed and handed to the courier once payment has been fully verified and received in our system. For manual bank transfers, you must upload your proof of payment within the stipulated 24-hour timeframe, otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to a contract for the purchase of goods from Brit80s Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
